Hy-Vee in Springfield

Hyvee is awesome! I consider several of the people there friends because of my frequency and their helpful and friendly nature. They carry most everything I need and typically at a reasonable price.

Best large grocery store in Springfield, especially for items not found elsewhere. Advertised sales are good. Regular prices are a little high. Quality items throughout the store. Well-ran store.

The selection and prices are competitive. The fresh produce is excellent. Only a lack of microwave meal selection for singles disappointed. The store is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great grocery store with a few fast foods and a nice selection of meats and specials.

I bought several different types of brats at the from the meat counter. Bacon cheddar, green onion, beer, and pineapple. They were all delicious, and well made. They are course ground brats, and grilled great. A good mix of meat to flavors!

Great staff, good prices. They had a sale on some Mountain Dew kick start, when we got there they were out. So they took a rain check, asked us what flavor we wanted, then called us a few days later advising they had the product in and was saving it for us at the customer service desk. How cool is this! Almost unheard of customer service from any other grocery store line in the area!

Hy-Vee is a employee-owned grocery store. I do not go there very often because there's only one location and it's across town from where I live. I went in there today specifically to look for lower calorie ice cream they do have a very big selection of health foods and I was able to find several different varieties of ice cream that was lower in points I am on weight watchers and I'm always looking for lower point options. The only negative I would give HyVee is they are more expensive than the grocery stores I normally go to but they do have a lot of variety. HyVee is a good grocery store it is just a little higher price than what I would like.

I work for Instacart. This store laid out to easily find everything. When I can't find something there is staff to help me find what I need.

Great sales and food you can't find anywhere else, all in one Employees owned Store, Fuel saver cards that saves a lot of gas for much less.

Absolutely love this store you can go there find hard-to-find items Clean and and they're employees make sure you are satisfied before you leave very very very helpful I will definitely be back

Fresh fruit just as you enter. Made for a quick trip.

I come here often for the high quality and the selection of items you can't get elsewhere. This store is always clean and organized and the employees seem friendly. Gf likes this place a lot as they have a great gluten free and dairy free selection of items. This place is amazing outside some of the items being overpriced. The hyvee gas station is right outside to take advantage of the perks.

Few problems with pickup orders but they have greatly improved with these. Great staff, clean store. Employees wear masks and are very friendly

I would have gave the 5 star but the only thing is the prices are high on a lot of things. Hyvee brand name food items cost more than the popular brands...They are very good of taking care of you! There hasn't been one time I've been in this store that an employee welcomes you or make sure you need something ect.. That in my book is worth the extra money my friends!!

Hy-vee has the best wine select. Plus a 10% discount on 6 bottles. They always have a great wine sale. And the staff is wonderful. Tim, Frances and Terry gives such great customer service I enjoy seeing them every visit.

Always the best place to shop. I travel an hour for just the fresh meat and seafood departments.

It's a fine store. Helpful staff. They do have a good selection it's just organized weird and that makes it hard to find stuff sometimes.

I love Hy-Vee! Produce is always fresh. Fuel Saver is an extra perk. Today I used a weekly coupon for an extra $.15 off a gallon of gas for a $25 purchase. Can't beat that.

Some paper products are still out of stock but if you are open to alternative brands, you will be in luck. Veggies and fruits are well stocked and meats also.

Great store. Clean and well stocked. Staff is more than happy to help with your needs. Everything from helping me shop, to requesting uncarried items, to bulk ordering and carry-out. The new online aisles shopping app is easy to use and personal shopper did a thorough and accurate job. I also like the grill and other hot food choices offered for a real good meal, snack, or (when available again) salad and fruit bar. The deli carries a great variety of meats, cheeses, and salads. And the bakery has never let me down. From holiday catering to grabbing a cannoli on the way home. Good stuff. I also use the pharmacy and their wine/liquor department can rival true liquor stores. I guess you can say that I have never had a bad experience in Hy-Vee 😁

I enjoyed the visit to hi Hy-Vee. Not a fan of wearing a mask. Nice selection of groceries. They seem to be busy. Hard to get around in the store with having to go one way on an isle. Seems a bit stupid. Want sure if you could catch covid by going the wrong way in an isle.I'll go there again. Just not a fan of the situation.

This store has everything you could possibly ever need. But let me tell you if they have a sale on meat you'd better be one of the first ones there

Hy-Vee has an overall very good selection. The employees are also very friendly. They really have everything you'd need in a grocery store! My 4-stars is because they do have a little way to go on their organic produce selection as well as having a habit of getting the produce way before it is ripe in order to have a longer shelf life, but honestly they are better than pretty much every other large store and I would certainly recommend shopping here.

The store was extremely busy Friday but hey this is a store that has variety and occasional good sales. The restaurant inside is good too. Were go every now and then to eat and shop.

This is the best store in town. The selection and quality are unmatched. The people are always friendly and helpful. I don't go anywhere else for groceries.

Great prices for prescription medication. Plus the Good RX on top makes it affordable for everyone.

I love the quality and variety of foods from here! This is also the place I got flowers from to make a boutonniere for prom and they were kept very fresh. The restaurant is also excellent as well as the other places you can get food from in there!

The store itself is very well stocked and has an amazing selection. The layout takes some getting used to, which is why 4 stars instead of 5, but that is my only complaint. The staff was very helpful and the vegetarian/vegan options are incredible.

Best store in town, in my opinion. Well stocked, and they carry products that nobody else in town Carrie's. It is also very clean and well lit. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

As much as I hate shopping now Hyvee has never let me down they always have amazing produce and there cashiers are very polite and kind .

Fresh organic produce and meats are amazing they have what I want as far as whole fresh organic foods and staple products and more of the organic frozen foods such as Amy's

The meat department was the only highlight of the entire store. This one Gentleman who had even a tie with glasses, Jared I think, was so kind and helpful. He cut my ribeyes right in front of me fresh. 5 Star Service!The rest of the Store looks awful, no help, no service. Ran awful!!

It was my first time at this location. It was fantastic. Visiting my niece and took her shopping for food items. Very impressed with selection of items.

Great store. The store is always kept very clean. Employees are helpful and kind. Selection is great. Have had a couple occasions of getting soured milk so be careful there.

Lot of fresh meats nice cuts. Produce is really good. Also they have meals for four people under twenty bucks. And they're really good meals. Good place to shop.

Everything i need in one spot love hyvee been a fan after my late wife and i discovered them and havnt looked back real customer service and top notch products very knowledgeable on their products and always cheerful really do. Love these folks thanks for being there!!!!!!

I NEVER in my life was treated so poorly by an employee. I asked this young man named Travis where the diapers were and he had the AUDACITY to tell me “you should have gotten an abortion instead and saved your money”.

Not bad. Prices are not as good as Aldi's but they have a much larger selection and of course all the extra services they offer. If your on a tight budget, then this isn't the place to shop but if that's not a factor? Then by all means.

Love the butcher/ meat counter! Lots of variety and cuts of meat, great stuffed meat selection along with various prepped sides like bacon wrapped asparagus, stuffed mushrooms and twice baked potatoes- just to name a few of our personal favorites!

Best grocery store in Springfield. The prices on frozen vegetables are so much better here than any other store. Produce is awesome. Huge liquor department. The bakery department is the only section that is not 5 stars.

I love this store!! It has a good collection of cheese varieties that I can't find elsewhere in Springfield, MO! I also love that I can find my favorite kombucha, and bean chips here! This grocery store is of premium quality in Springfield for sure.

Hy-vee always has a large selection of items I can not find elsewhere. The store is always very clean and the bakery is amazing here. They are sometimes very busy and crowded due to the popularity of the store but they do a very good job of helping people and keeping lines moving.

Friendly helpful employees, best produce in town, great meat/seafood counter bakery & deli, sometimes store doesn't carry many known brands other stores do but still a selection available.

It was a nice grocery store but most of the customers are of below average intelligence. The “one way” arrows on the floor baffle most of the shoppers who seem to show difficulty following directions. Walmart shoppers are much smarter.

This is one AWESOME store. Their fruits & vegetables are soooo fresh, and delicious too! I really you'll be like Mikey, you try HY-VEE you'll LOVE IT!

The meat department did a bait and switch on us. I ordered two NY strips, paid $11.00 for each, only to realize after all the way home that it was a cheap cut, not what I had ordered. I am not close by, so figured I will try and make the best of it, but had to throw put most of it. It was definitely not NY strip, however I was charged the NY strip price. Consumers, please check your cut of meat before they wrap it up, so that you don't feel cheated and aggravated. Will not be returning.

Great store offering serious variety and a great shopping experience. Oh and they have a Starbucks.
